Cambodia is quite hot but we had fun there with the kampong children
and teens and adults :D
I stayed there for 5 days to do my ICIP, these days are quite enrichment for us :)
I shared a room with Jun Quan and Soon Huat. I tot soon huat is pai kia at 1st then i dont dare share a room with him. But after that i dont think that way anymore, instead we joked together SO FUN!!!
We visited the killing field, genocide museum-- these are the places where ppl were killed during the Pol Pot Regime from 1975-1979
We also visited the dumpsite, lakeside slum, and the ROYAL PALACE WOH!!!
we tot the palace is a highly secured place but my fren lost his valuables there...
everywhere we went, we always put our bags in front of us to prevent any snatch thiefs from stealing our things.
We went to Kampong Thong to do our ICIP, the bus ride from Phnom Penh to Kampong Thong was about 3hr+, but we had our toiletbreak halfway on the ride. There is a food seller selling SPIDERS and CRICKETS !!! I ate the spider's leg and the cricket's head. Yum!!! SO CRISPY SIOL!!! cricket is even crispy than spider haha :)
During our Kampong visit, we helped to teach teens and adults to make soap making. Then we went to teach the small kiddos english
